Ballayon Virtual Art Space: Artwork Reservation Policy

Introduction
This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which artworks from Ballayon Virtual Art Space can be reserved by potential buyers, galleries, or other interested parties. Our goal is to ensure fairness, transparency, and efficiency in the reservation process, accommodating the unique needs of our virtual space and its patrons.

Eligibility

All interested parties, regardless of location, are eligible to reserve artworks, provided they adhere to the terms outlined in this policy.
Ballayon Virtual Art Space reserves the right to prioritize reservations for established clients or institutions.

Inquiry: Interested parties should inquire about the artwork's availability by contacting Ballayon Virtual Art Space through our official communication channels (email, virtual contact form, etc.).
Confirmation of Interest: Upon receiving an inquiry, we will provide details about the artwork, including price, condition, and any other relevant information.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the artwork's selling price is required to secure a reservation. The exact amount will be communicated upon confirmation of interest.
Reservation Period: The artwork will be reserved for the interested party for a period of 15 days from the date of deposit. This period allows for final decisions, payment arrangements, and any necessary logistics.

Full payment must be completed within the reservation period.
If the interested party decides not to proceed with the purchase, the deposit will not be refunded.
Payment plans may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days before the end of the reservation period.
While the deposit is non-refundable, Ballayon Virtual Art Space may, at its discretion, apply the deposit as a credit towards future purchases.

As a virtual art space, arrangements for the physical shipping of the artwork must be finalized before the end of the reservation period.
Costs associated with Physical shipping costs, when applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Ballayon Virtual Art Space reserves the right to amend the reservation policy at any time.
In the event of a dispute, Ballayon Virtual Art Space reserves the right to make the final decision.
By reserving an artwork, the interested party agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
